- A plays 2 volleys and one smash, and repeats this for 5 minutes, always in area 1. Then switch site and player B goes to the net.
- A continues playing volleys and smashes in area 2. Change around after 5 minutes and B plays at the net.
- After this the other site. Try in this exercise to keep the ball in play.
You should keep this exercise going for half and hour !!!
